WE'RE FLOUR PASTA CO.
Flour Pasta Co. was founded in 2011 by Chef Paul Minnillo and Chef Matt Mytro. Originally part of a contemporary Italian restaurant in Moreland Hills, Ohio — our pasta has been delighting patrons for years. As demand grew, we expanded to a dedicated facility in Bedford Heights, Ohio. Using our traditional Bronze Die method, we create a variety of pasta shapes including spaghetti, bucatini, rigatoni, and cavatelli. Our fresh pasta is now available at local retailers throughout the midwest.
